For client engagements, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns the final deliverables produced specifically for them. Donkey Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general know-how used in the course of delivery.

Payment terms for professional services are defined in the applicable project agreement. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services as set out in the relevant agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Donkey Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the accuracy of its content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja, Nigeria.
